Window cleaning jobs, from your website to the after photo.
Customers request a cleaning from your website, your office routes crews street by street, and every job closes with a photo the customer sees.
Window cleaning companies
Fewer phone calls, better job details
Most window cleaning requests start with the same questions: how many stories, how many windows, screens or no screens, inside or out, and how to get through the gate. Put those questions on the request widget on your own website and they arrive answered, with the address pinned and photos attached.
Customers who would rather type a sentence can use the AI chat. Emails to your service address become jobs through email intake, and calls go in on one screen with phone entry.
Routes that make sense on the map
Pick the day’s jobs and the crews, and dispatch splits the work by area and puts each route in driving order along real streets. Crews see their stops in the crew app on a phone or iPad and tap Navigate to get there.
The live map shows open jobs by status and, when crews choose to share it, where each crew is right now.
Proof the glass is clean
Make an after photo, or a before and an after, required to close a window cleaning job. The customer’s email shows the photo, and the tracking page shows the job from received to done.
If something was missed, the customer can say so from the email and the job reopens with a note, so a callback never gets lost.

Learn moreCommon questions
Can customers attach photos of the windows?
Yes. Add a photo question to a job type’s form and customers can attach pictures from their phone when they request service.
Can a crew of two share one phone?
Yes. Assign the job to the crew; anyone on it can work the job from the crew app.
Can we keep homes and storefronts separate?
Yes. Make separate job types with their own questions, team and response time, and filter the job board by either.
Do customers need an app?
No. They use the request button on your website or the chat, and get updates by email with a private tracking link.
