Plumbing calls answered, scheduled and closed with proof.
Leaks and clogs come in by phone, from your website and by email, each with a response time that counts business hours. The office drops them on a plumber with the drive in view, the customer gets an arrival window, and the job closes with photos, parts and a signature.
Plumbing companies
Every call on the board, urgent ones first
The office types a call into phone entry while the customer is still talking: the caller, the address and the questions for that job type on one screen. Calls also arrive from the request button on your website and from email.
Give a burst pipe a shorter response time than a dripping faucet. The job board shows what is new, in progress and past due, and escalates calls that wait too long.
A time the customer can plan around
On the schedule, drop the call on a plumber’s lane. Sentra Scheduler leaves time for the drive from the last job and warns when it runs into time off.
The visit gets an arrival window, a reminder goes out the day before for booked work, and the plumber taps On my way so the customer knows when to expect them. When a repair takes longer than planned, Push the rest of the day moves the later calls back and flags any that would miss their window.
Close-out that records the work
In the crew app, the plumber answers the job type’s close-out questions, takes the after photo and adds labor, parts and equipment from your price list for job costs.
The customer signs on the phone and the signed ticket goes out by email. Water heater flushes and backflow tests can be recurring jobs that come due in their month.

Learn moreCommon questions
Can urgent calls jump the queue?
Yes. Give urgent job types a shorter response time and a higher priority; the job board and the map put them first.
Do customers get a time window?
Yes. Each scheduled visit has an arrival window, with an optional booking email, a reminder the day before and an On my way email.
Do you send text messages?
Not today. Customer updates go by email, and the private tracking page shows the job’s progress.
Do you send invoices?
To QuickBooks Desktop, as an invoice file: a flat price per visit, or approved hours × the hourly rate. Labor, parts and equipment are recorded as job costs. See billing.
Can plumbers hand a job to someone closer?
Yes. From the crew app, a plumber can hand off a job or put it on hold with a reason, without calling the office.
