Sentra SchedulerField service
Customer experience

Start with a photo. We’ll suggest the right service.

Customers don’t know your service names. They know what they’re looking at. Sentra Scheduler suggests the right job type from a photo or a few words, chosen from your own list.

Why it matters

A long service list means customers pick the wrong one, and the office re-sorts jobs and calls back to ask what they meant.

In practice

  • A window cleaning company. A property manager snaps the hard-water spots on a glass railing. The suggestion is “Hard water stain removal”, not plain window cleaning, and the photo is on the job when the crew arrives.
  • An HVAC company. A homeowner photographs a water puddle under the furnace. The suggestion is “Leak or drain problem”, and the technician sees the photo before rolling the truck.

How it works

  1. Take or choose a photo

When the photo has GPS, the map starts at that spot.

  2. Get a suggestion

Claude looks at the photo or a short description and suggests the closest match from your active job types.

  3. Confirm and continue

The customer confirms or picks another type, then answers that type’s questions.

Key features

From a photo, words or both

Customers take a photo, choose one from their library, type a few words, or both for a better match.

Only your services

Suggestions come only from your active job types, so customers never see a service you don’t offer.

Location from the photo

When the photo carries GPS data, the map starts there and the customer can move the pin.

The customer decides

The AI only suggests; the customer confirms the type and sends the request.

Keyword fallback

With AI off, keyword matching suggests types, so requests keep coming in.

Same engine in the chat

The AI chat uses the same suggestion when a customer describes the job in conversation.

Common questions

Which AI model do you use?

Anthropic’s Claude Haiku. It receives the photo or text and your list of job types, not the customer’s contact details.

What if the suggestion is wrong?

The customer picks another type. Your office can also change the type later, and routing and response times update.

Can we turn it off?

Yes. The type list and keyword matching keep working without AI.
