Know what each job really cost you.
Technicians log hours, crew size, materials and equipment when they close a job. Sentra Scheduler prices it from your price list and reports cost by job type, team, crew and month.
Why it matters
Hours and parts live on paper or in someone’s memory, so nobody can say which services make money and which ones quietly lose it.
In practice
- What a high-rise job costs. A window cleaning company logs crew size, hours and lift rental on its high-rise jobs and compares the monthly cost per job type with what it charges.
- Parts on every repair. An HVAC company has technicians log the capacitors and refrigerant they used, and the owner reviews material cost by job type each month.
How it works
Set your price list
Labor rates for the company, a team or a crew, plus materials and equipment.
Technicians log the work
Hours on site, crew size and what they used, on the close-out screen.
Prices are kept
Each job keeps the rates of the day it closed, so later changes don’t rewrite history.
Report the cost
Cost by job type, team, crew, service area or month, as CSV or PDF.

Choose per job type whether costs are asked for at close-out.
Corrections by supervisors
Fix a job’s hours or materials afterwards; the change is logged.
Cost reports
By job type, team, crew or month, as CSV or PDF, and emailed on a schedule.
Common questions
Do technicians see our labor rates?
No. They enter hours and quantities; rates are applied by the server and shown to supervisors and admins.
What if a rate changes?
Update the price list. Jobs already closed keep the rates they were closed with.
Does this send invoices?
No. It records what each job cost you, for reports and exports.
