Every job in one list.
Jobs from your website, chat, email and phone land in one list with summary tiles, saved views and filters. Or just type “unassigned AC jobs past response time”.
Why it matters
Jobs live in a shared inbox, a whiteboard and somebody’s notebook. Nobody can see what’s late until a customer calls again.
In practice
- A window cleaning company. The owner starts the morning from a saved view, “Unassigned, commercial”, and assigns six storefront jobs to two crews in one bulk action.
- An HVAC company. During a heat wave the office manager types “AC not cooling, past response time” and sees the four jobs to call about first.

Bulk actions

Export the list
Download any filtered list as CSV, or turn it into a scheduled report.
Common questions
Can the search change data?
No. It only sets filters, and an Undo puts the previous filters back.
Does voice search cost extra?
No. AI is included.
Who sees which jobs?
Permissions are enforced by the server: technicians see their team’s jobs, and customer contact details are hidden from roles that don’t need them.
