See every job and every crew on one map.
Open jobs on a street map with clusters, your service areas drawn on top, and the crews who share their location shown with their next stop.
Why it matters
A list of addresses doesn’t tell you which jobs are close together or which crew is nearest, so the office calls around and trucks cross town twice.
In practice
- A rained-out morning. A window cleaning crew loses two storefront jobs to rain. The office opens the map, sees three interior jobs a few blocks away and reassigns them.
- A no-cooling call at 2 PM. An HVAC office gets an urgent call and checks the map for the technician sharing a location closest to the address, with that tech’s next stop shown.
How it works
Jobs land on the map
Every job is pinned from its address or the customer’s pin, grouped into clusters when they pile up.
Load your service areas
The zones you serve, from a map file, so jobs route to the right team and group in reports.
Crews share, if they choose
Technicians opt in from the app; the office sees them while they work.
Act from the map
Open a job, assign it, or pick jobs for a route.
Key features
Street maps that load fast
Mapbox street maps in light and dark styles, with an OpenStreetMap fallback.
Clusters for busy days
Hundreds of pins stay readable as clusters that open as you zoom in.
Service areas
Zones loaded from a GeoJSON map file, used for routing jobs and grouping reports.
Live crew locations
Technicians who opt in appear with their status, next stop and ETA.
Location sharing is a choice
Off by default, a visible indicator while sharing, and only office roles see it.
Address search
Find any address and drop a pin; the street address fills itself in.
Common questions
Do technicians have to share their location?
No. Sharing is off by default for the company and opt-in for each technician, with an indicator while it’s on.
Can customers see where the crew is?
No. Crew locations are only shown to admins, team leads and dispatchers, never on customer pages.
Do we need our own mapping software?
No. Street maps and address search are included.
