Weekly homes, deep cleans and turnovers on one schedule.
Weekly and every-other-week homes are recurring jobs, deep cleans come due in their month, and move-out turnovers come in from your website or the phone. Crews get their day with a vehicle and a start time, and customers know when you’re coming.

Cleaning crews: homes and turnovers
Regular homes that stay on the books
Each regular home is a recurring job: weekly or every 2 weeks, with the hours, crew size and price per visit. A quarterly deep clean or a spring clean-out is a second job at the same home with its own months, so it lands in the right week without anyone remembering.
Lockbox codes, the dog in the yard and the rooms to skip live in the home’s access notes, and the crew sees them before they knock.
Turnovers when the lease ends
A property manager’s move-out clean or a short-term rental turnover is a one-time visit. It comes in from the request button on your website, by email, or from the office on the phone entry screen, and the office puts it on the schedule.
Make after photos and a short close-out checklist required for turnover jobs, so the landlord gets proof of every room, and the signed ticket can go to the site contact.
A day that fits the crew
On the schedule, each crew day has its people, the car or van and a start time. Visits snap to a start that leaves time to drive from the last home, and lunch stays where you put it.
Every visit carries an arrival window. Customers can get a booking email, a reminder the day before and an On my way email, in English or Spanish, from your customer updates.

Learn moreCommon questions
Can a home be cleaned every week?
Yes. Weekly and every 2 weeks are frequencies like monthly, and each week’s visit is due Monday to Sunday. Daily or nightly schedules aren’t a recurring frequency.
Can customers book a time slot online?
Not a specific slot. The request button on your website takes the request with its details, and your office schedules it and sends the arrival window.
Do you send text messages?
Not today. Booking, reminder and On my way updates go by email.
Can we take payments or tips?
No. Sentra Scheduler doesn’t take payments. Done visits can go to QuickBooks Desktop as invoices; see billing.
What about offices and commercial buildings?
See commercial cleaning and janitorial for periodic work across many buildings.
