Accessibility statement
Everyone your company serves, and everyone on your team, should be able to use it.

Our target
Sentra Scheduler is designed and tested to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA: the request-service widget your customers use, the technician app and the office portal.
How we test
- Automated accessibility checks (axe) on every page in our test suite, in light and dark mode, on every release
- Manual keyboard checks: every control reachable, visible focus, no keyboard traps
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1; status always shown in words, never by color alone
- Screen reader names on every control, including icon buttons and map pins
- Pages that reflow at 320 px wide without sideways scrolling; touch targets of at least 24 px (most are 44 px or more)
Known limitations
- Maps are visual; every map has a list or text equivalent (addresses, tables)
- Voice input depends on the browser; it’s hidden where unsupported
- Photos uploaded by customers and technicians don’t have descriptions
Your content
Your company controls some of what customers see: job type names and questions, help articles, banner photos, logos and theme colors. Keep them clear and descriptive, and check custom colors for contrast. The page around the embedded widget is your own website.
Report a barrier
If something in Sentra Scheduler doesn’t work for you, email [email protected] or call (559) 251-7767 ext. 21. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
