Sentra SchedulerField service
Office & dispatch

Plan the day’s routes in minutes.

Pick a date, the technicians and the jobs. Sentra Scheduler splits the jobs by area, orders each route by real drive time along streets, and assigns them when you confirm.

Why it matters

Routes get planned in someone’s head, and trucks crisscross town between jobs that were two blocks apart.

In practice

  • A window cleaning company. The owner picks eleven jobs and two crews. Dispatch splits them into a north and a south route by drive time, and each crew lead gets theirs on their phone.
  • An HVAC company. Three technicians start from the shop. Dispatch orders each one’s calls by drive time, and the office prints route sheets for the technician who prefers paper.

How it works

  1. Pick technicians and jobs

From the open job list, or type job numbers like “1, 5, 8”.

  2. Review the plan

Each technician’s route on the map in its own color, with miles and drive minutes.

  3. Adjust and confirm

Drag, reorder or move jobs between technicians; confirming assigns them.

  4. Print or send to phones

One sheet per technician, and “My route today” in the crew app.
