Mowing and maintenance crews, planned by season and by day.
Weekly mowing in the growing season, monthly maintenance and a spring and fall cleanup are recurring jobs with their months. Crews get a truck, a trailer and a start time each day, and a rained-out day moves in one step.

The season, built into each job
Mowing every week from March to November, a monthly bed maintenance and a fall leaf cleanup are each a recurring job with the months they run, the crew size, the hours and the price per visit. Visits appear in the week they’re due and stop when the season does, and every job shows its annual value.
The forecast shows crew-days needed each month against the crew-days you have, so spring hiring is a number, not a guess.
Crews, trucks and trailers
On crew days, each crew gets its people, a truck and a start time; mowers and trailers are booked as equipment, with a warning when one is on two crews at once. Drop visits onto a crew on the schedule, and Sentra Scheduler leaves time for the drive between properties and for lunch.
When it rains, move a day’s visits, or one crew’s, to another date, preview what moves and email the customers. Routes by day follow.
Done, with a photo
Crews work from Today in the crew app: the crew, the truck, the start time and the stops in order. A required after photo and close-out questions show the work was done, and commercial sites can sign on the phone.
New work, like a one-time cleanup or an irrigation repair, comes in from the request button on your website, the chat or a call, in English or Spanish.

Learn moreCommon questions
Can mowing run only in the growing season?
Yes. Pick the months a recurring job runs; visits are made only in those months.
Can we book a trailer or a mower to a crew?
Yes. Add them as equipment, book them to a crew day or a single visit, and the schedule warns when one is booked twice.
Can a crew of three share one phone?
Yes. Visits on a crew day show on Today for everyone on the crew.
Do you send invoices?
To QuickBooks Desktop, yes: done visits export as invoices at their price per visit, in a file you import. Other accounting systems keep invoicing as today. See billing.
